      IMPORTANT NOTICE

      For all EU orders under 75€, packages (that’s shipments larger than 35cm x 25cm x 3cm) will be shipped UNTRACKED unless otherwise specified by the customer. To ensure tracking, we recommend selecting the ’EU Tracked Package’ option at checkout when purchasing A3 prints. This is necessary due to high tracked shipping costs outside of Germany.

      For made-to-order items we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for goods that are free of defects. If the item you ordered is defective, please contact us and we will find a solution together!

      Clothing returns & exchanges: please note that the cost of return postage for clothing that is free of defects must be paid for by the customer. Further information can be found in our Returns Policy.

      Sustainability

      Most print products are hand-made to order or stocked in small batches. Recycled materials are used where possible and packaging is plastic-free.

      Please be aware I work with different papers, inks and production processes. Whilst I try to keep things as consistent as possible, final product colours may vary slightly with each print. Final product colours may also look different to the onscreen version due to your screen or monitor settings.

      Note on sales tax

      All prices stated are final prices plus delivery/shipping costs.Due to our small business status in accordance with Section 19 UStG, we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not report it.
