RETURN POLICY

 

Made-to-order

To keep in line with the Sentient Stories concept and brand values, most products are made-to-order in the studio. This helps to keep production as sustainable as possible by avoiding overproduction and unnecessary waste. 

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Sentient Stories as soon as possible and if it has not already been produced, a refund can be arranged.

 

Returns

  • If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact Sentient Stories within 14 days of purchase to discuss possible options.
  • In the event of a return of a product free of defects, the customer bears the return costs.
  • For bespoke items such as prints and cards, non-faulty products cannot be returned.

 

Clothing returns & exchanges:

Please note that, as this is a small business, the cost of return postage for clothing that is free of defects must be paid for by the customer. Please contact Sentient Stories to beging the return process.

Return Requirements:

  • Please ensure all items are returned in their original unworn/unused condition, including tags and/or packaging.
  • Please ensure correct postage and consider sending a tracked package. Sentient Stories takes no responsibility for return packages that are lost in transit.
  •  Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 10 working days.
  • Sentient Stories cannot guarantee exchanges on clothing items due to limited stock.
