SHIPPING POLICY
Independent Business
Sentient Stories is currently a one-person business and whilst I try to get your orders ready and shipped as soon as possible, please allow 3-7 working days to produce, package and ship your products.
Where does Sentient Stories ship to?
We currently ship Germany-wide and to all other EU countries. We do not offer shipping to the UK, Norway or Switzerland at this time.
Packaging Materials
Sentient Stories aims to keep plastic waste to an absolute minimum. Prints are shipped using thick backing cardboard, recycled tissue paper, recycled-paper stickers, paper packing tape, and cardboard mailers, boxes, or tubes. Cards and other products are paper-bound and shipped with minimal packaging materials. Please reuse and recycle your order packaging where possible.
Shipping
- Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- Standard shipping within Germany is free for all orders over 15€.
- Standard shipping to other EU countries is free for all orders over 50€.
- Tracked shipping is offered for a surcharge.
- For delivery times please refer to the courier website (DHL or Deutsche Post).
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
For all EU orders under 75€, packages (that’s shipments larger than 35cm x 25cm x 3cm) will be shipped UNTRACKED unless otherwise specified by the customer. To ensure tracking, we recommend selecting the ’EU Tracked Package’ option at checkout when purchasing A3 prints. This is necessary due to high tracked shipping costs outside of Germany.
